- 26 years of experience in multinational corporations (Phillip Morris Brazil, Philip Morris International, Kraft Foods and Arthur Andersen);
- Multifunctional experience (12 years – HR, IT – 1 year, Finance – 18 years);
- 11 years of international experience (USA, Portugal, Switzerland and France);
- Experience in 3 HR SAP projects;
- 3 years of experience in consulting;
